EPSN and The Heisman Trophy

For 5 years, we handled all the photography and data tracking needs of a 10-13 stop national tour with the Heisman Trophy. Each activation saw thousands to tens of thousands of people come through our massive tent, with activations ranging from four hours to two days.

The events included 6 registration stations with custom credentials, 3 mobile registration stations, a photo station with the trophy, a photo station inside of a car, 3 mobile voting stations, 3 additional activity tracking checkpoints, and two prize retrieval stations.

Post-event ROI reports included onsite engagement, digital impressions, and collected data.

Tigers Unlimited: Auburn University Donors Program

Since 2013, we have been at every Auburn University home football game with a green screen before the game in the donor tailgating suites and a candid printing station in the stadium shooting candids in the donor suites and delivering their prints.

At least one tailgating suite has an entire wall in their suite dedicated to our photos. Every guest, every game, has to come get one of our photos, and we print an extra copy for their wall. Our photos are a staple of the Auburn donor experience.

Other events for Auburn Athletics have included donor meet-and-greets, home basketball games, gymnastics competitions, the Auspies (Student Athlete Awards Gala), and FCA events.
