Take a deeper look into some of our largest, most complex, and most integrated custom-crafted experiential engagements.

THE HEISMAN TROPHY

with Nissan and ESPN

With 10-13 stops a season for six years, The Heisman House collaboration with Nissan and ESPN was our most complex and involved tour to date. The chosen stops each season featured big rivalry games and teams who had Heisman contenders. The fans who showed up for these engagements were numerous and always excited.

Beginning the guest journey with registration and carrying all the way through to prize retrieval, Shatterproof Media managed a single, integrated data system for all activation activities, supplying a post-event engagement report for each stop on the tour, so the client could track active hours, engagement numbers, and ROI.

Six registration stations supplied guests with custom keepsake credentials that they could use at all activities in the tent, allowing them to only register and input their data once. Three mobile registration stations, staffed by BAs, caught anyone who originally skipped the lines but wanted to participate. This system was capable of registering and collecting data for up to 2400 people in 4 hours.

Then attendees progressed to two photo stations - one with the actual Heisman Trophy itself and one with past Heisman winners inside a Nissan vehicle - where they could use their credentials to immediate receive and post their photos while they were still excited. Three mobile voting stations allowed them to cast a vote for who would win Nissan's actual, official vote for the Heisman.

Several other stations within the activation also used scanners to track participation in the activities, all leading to the holy grail - free t-shirts at one of two prize retrievel stations, assuming you had participated in enough activities to receive your t-shirt. If not, you could go back out into the fray and return once you had checked enough boxes, then walk away with a unique (and extremely comfy) t-shirt in the host school's colors.
